This is what I do
It’s a complex job, isn’t it, to create and market a new website? If you’ve tried it yourself you’ll know what I mean. There’s a lot to think about… photography copywriting, marketing, graphic design, project planning… not to mention all that techie stuff…
But together we can build a site that reflects your values, sells you to your audience, looks beautiful and works the way you want it to. I work in several areas myself, and I’ve got the experience and connections to know who to call in for the rest. It depends on your needs, and I can only discover them by getting to know you.
Get in touch to introduce yourself. There’s no hard sell, just independent advice and creative ideas that are tailored to your business.

This is how to work with me
First get in touch to introduce yourself and to arrange to meet in person or by Skype.
There are lots of ways you can start to work with me. If you’re online already you might just need a review of your site and some creative ideas to try; or to start with some copywriting or photography to see if my style fits. Maybe you want a redesign to reflect your evolving business, or maybe you really don’t know where to start and you just need to talk to someone.
Just get in touch. I promise my advice will be objective and geared towards the way you want your business to develop.
This is who I am
My background is in the arts and the path I took to get here now has been full of adventure. Youth and community work; editorial writing; travel, wedding, event and portrait photography; teaching (darkroom skills, digital photography and web design) with stints as a tour guide, a film extra, a boat painter and a steam train driver)
I didn’t know it at the time, but every step was essential. To learn how to listen and to how explain. When to be flexible and when to cut to the chase. I can write web languages, brainstorm on design and help you to understand how it all fits together. Whatever you need, with my own skills and with my network of experts, I’ve got it covered.
